Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewWe were very excited to get married at Cambium this year but unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to the pandemic. We initially put down a $20,000 deposit and were told we would get our deposit back if the government would not allow the event to take place.. Despite our best efforts, Cambium has refused to return our deposit even though our contract clearly states they are required to do so if they are unable to host the event on the scheduled day. They have been trying to push us to get married on a weekday (not what we paid for) or wait until 2022. Please be careful not to give them any $ in advance as you may not get it back. They may be facing financial difficulties (as many businesses are), however it’s really not fair to take advantage of a young couple starting out their life together. We will be sure to update this review if we are able to resolve this issue but at this point we are losing hope.
